This week's Foodie & The Beast did not disappoint – our first guest from The Urban Butcher, a Cuban-born chef Raynold Mendizabal, whose Silver Spring restaurant was called a “carnivore’s playground” by none other than the Post’s Tom Sietsema. Also on the show was Kol Foods’ Devora Kimelman-Block and Emily Landsman, who have turned kosher meats into delicacies you won’t believe.  Michelle Gueydan, GM, and sommelier and chef/owner Jenn Crovato’s were in with tastes and talk of their new spot 1310 Kitchen & Bar in Georgetown.
