This week’s Foodie & The Beast was full of booze, broads, and more booze. Jack Rose Dining Saloon’s RAMMY nominated beer director Nahem Simon stopped by to discuss all things beer and even showed us a glimpse of his engineering side, bringing along his newest invention the Insta-Rinse. That machine is definitely going to be a hit, just like all the tasty beer he poured up for us. Margaret Perry, RAMMY nominated General Manager for the Chinese-French eatery Kyirisan, poured up some one-of-a-kind cocktails including a hollowed out, booze filled honeydew which looked just as good as it tasted! Jamie Leeds (also RAMMY nominated) brought in a very special and fabulous guest, Summer Knight, to give us the 411 on Hank’s Pasta Bar’s Sparkle Saturday’sDrag Brunch. The brunch includes a buffet, booze, and of course a unique performance from Summer Knight and her girls! Zena Polin stopped by to share some delicious bites from the recently opened Dish and Dram which is committed to farm-fresh comfort foods and establishing a great neighborhood reputation.
