This week on Foodie and the Beast we got all the facts on how to enjoy beer, booze, bubbles, BBQ and wine. Dave Delaplaine from the RAMMY nominated Roofers Union, gave us the insight scoop on beer and poured up some interesting varieties for us to taste. Jenn Hall from the Champagne Bureau told us everything we need to know about Champagne as she poured us some bubbly. Joe Corey taught us how he judges BBQ and gave us a taste of some delicious ribs and stuffed deviled eggs. Jonathan Langel of Bobby Van’s Steakhouse and Hennessey rep, and Chris Houk came to talk about their partnership with Moët Hennessy. They poured up some Hennessey, showcasing how perfect it pairs with their menu.
