Full Tilt Brewing has opened a new standalone brewing operation at as part of the B-More Kitchen and Accelerator Space project. FTB plans to expand its business in sales volume and customer interaction by creating its own standalone brewery with a taproom and event space in the Govans neighborhood of Baltimore City. They are currently brewing on an American-made 15-barrel system manufactured by Portland Kettle Works out of Portland, Oregon. Brewing on this system, which is intentionally smaller than they’ve worked with at Peabody, FTB will also be experimenting with some ideas and varieties they’ve been holding off on until now. In addition to the new offerings, FTB will also be bringing back some of their most popular brands which hasn't been produced in a while including Patterson Pumpkin and Berger Cookie Chocolate Stout. They will not be including a kitchen in this buildout but will instead take advantage of and partner with various food vendors located in the same building known as B-More Kitchen and the Accelerator Space.
