Chef Hamilton Johnson has opened has opened his latest concept, Honeysuckle, which premiered at Prequel late last year. The restaurant serves American regional cuisine with inspiration from the South and other parts of the world. The menu features dishes like hamachi crudo, dulse rubbed pork tenderloin, and slow roasted icelandic cod. Honeysuckle is open Monday through Saturday for dinner from 5:00pm to 10:00pm.
