Himitsu's acclaimed Chef Kevin Tien has opened up a brand new concept. Named after Tien's beloved Greyhound and German Pointer mix, Hot Lola's is dedicated to serving up delectable and flavorful chicken. Chef Kevin Tien, recently nominated for the 2018 James Beard Rising Star Chef of the Year award, has focused his menu on fried chicken with Sichuan spices and freshly baked biscuits. In the interest of accommodating all guests, the menu also incorporates french fries with an Asian coleslaw and some bun-less sandwich options.
