Rose Previte and Mike Schuster, the Compass Rose Team, plans to open a new wood-fire cooking concept with a large bar area on the lower level, with dining for families on the floor above. Co-executive chefs, Gerald Addison and Chris Morgan, will bring this concept to life using their prior experience with wood fire cooking, incorporating various spices and breads. This restaurant will feature dishes coming from different traditional cuisines like Iranian, Georgian and North African.
