Bryan Smith and Omar Hishmeh, both sommeliers and now wine distributors, will be inheriting Pluma by Bluebird Bakery on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 5:30 PM- 10:30 PM. On these evenings, guests will be able to experience this new wine bar; equipped with an ever-changing wine list of about 15-20 different selections. Smith & Hishmeh have stated that there will also be a variety of charcuterie options to choose from, obviously.
