Founder of Poke Papa, Kerry Chao opens up a new restaurant in Penn Quarter, offering a variety of protein choices for their poke bowls such as salmon, tofu, yellowtail, ahi tuna, shrimp and octopus. Bowls also include the options of all ready mixed selections and natural toppings to add. In addition to their poke bowls, Chao plans to add other options to the menu as well as dessert treats.
