Chef Peter Chang (James Beard Award finalist) opens up a new location for his restaurant in Bethesda. This restaurant serves various authentic, traditional Chinese dishes to its guests such as, Peking duck, Mao style braised pork, roasted mushroom curry stew, sautéed jalapeño beef, double-cooked pork belly and other spicy Sichuan cuisine. This restaurant is open from 11:00 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 11:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Sunday.
