Louie Hankins, owner of El Techo, has transported Washingtonians into  the midst of a rainforest oasis in his latest winter pop-up concept: Selva. In order to mimic this Amazonian theme, Hankins and his team included an insulated roof and walls to keep the heat inside Selva. Guests can expect an updated dinner, brunch, and cocktail menu. This new concept is boasting authentic dishes, ranging from their 8-hour smoked brisket to their tacos. Additionally, Selva is serving up an optional bottomless brunch on the weekends.
