Restaurateur Robert Wiedmaier of Marcel’s and Brasserie Beck is opening his latest concept, Siren, in Logan Circle. The restaurant will focus on seafood with a menu featuring all manner of creatures: prawns, king crab, sea urchin, rockfish and oysters. Chef John Critchley, formerly of Brine in Mosaic District, will helm the kitchen. Siren will be housed in the upcoming hotel The Darcy, which is replacing The DoubleTree.
