This restaurant will contain two venues–the first floor being an English-styled pub, Spile & Spigot Tap House, and above it, Blue Diner, which will seat up to 160 guests for its dining services. Spile is expected to focus on hand-pumped specialty brews imported from England with food items including shepherd’s pie and fish n’ chips. Blue Diner will incorporate the microgreens grown by Little Wild Things, an urban farming company, in the basement of the restaurant.
