Owners David Chung and Ki Jun Sung open up a new clubhouse with a menu that features caviar service and can be served with toast points and other classic accompaniments. Specialty cheeses and house-cured charcuterie are also offered with toast, housemade jams and pickled vegetables. Some bar snacks include spiced marcona almonds, housemade pates, and roasted chicken salad on baguette. The cocktail menu is inspired by the classics and the seasons. The wine list is highlighted with some of the finest champagnes as well. St. Yves will be open Fridays only for the first three weeks, May 5th-26th, from 10:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. Happy hour will debut on Thursday, June 1st, 2017.
