Swiss-born and trained chefs David Fritsche and Silvan Kraemer have opened their first concept, Stable, in the Atlas District. Stable features the cuisine of Switzerland, melding European technique with passed down family recipes and a blend of modern American and European influences. Guests can indulge in traditional Swiss dishes including housemade pear and Wurzel bread, Veal Zurich Style with potato rosti and champignons cream sauce, and a raclette program offered nightly for 4-12 guests, served with traditional accoutrements of new potatoes, pickles, and green salad. The beverage program features and assortment of wines and an extensive selection of Swiss schnapps. The 3,200-square-foot space boasts a 65-seat dining room, open kitchen with counter seating, and an enclosed year-round patio.
