Founder and co-owner, Jonathan Nelms will open D.C.’s first Georgian restaurant with Chef Malkhaz Maisashvili, former chef of the Embassy of Georgia, to lead its kitchen. Their menu will highlight a diverse cuisine, which features many vegetable small plates as well as other foods like fresh meats, bread, and cheeses. Some of the menu items will show signature Georgian dishes such as cheese-stuffed khachapuri breads, a walnut-sauced chicken called satsivi, and pkhali, a vegetable paté.
