Founder and co-owner, Jonathan Nelms has opened D.C.'s first Georgian restaurant with Chef Malkhaz Maisashvili, former chef of the Embassy of Georgia. The menu highlights a diverse cuisine, which features many vegetable small plates as well as other foods like fresh meats, bread, and cheeses. Some of the menu items show signature Georgian dishes such as cheese-stuffed khachapuri breads, a walnut-sauced chicken called satsivi, and pkhali, a vegetable paté.
