Chef Victor Albisu, founder of Taco Bamba, has recently opened his fifth location. This new venue sits right across from Albisu's alma mater: George Mason University. This 1,300 square-foot spot features the same beloved Taco Bamba menu. However, there will also be some new eclectic additions: the Robinson Ramen Taco (ramen and togarashi tartar), the Savage Sub-Mariner (crispy shrimp and calamari), and the Mr.Chow Taco (general tso's cauliflower).
