Nearly five years after opening the South American steakhouse, Del Campo, chef Victor Albisu is replacing it with a new Mexican concept. Taco Bamba, his counter-service taqueria, will have its first permanent D.C. home in the front bar and dining room. Albisu’s first upscale Mexican concept will offer a refined menu for dinner only. A few of the items will include tostadas, tacos, and quesadillas.
