Pop-up Middle Eastern cocktail bar The Green Zone will move into its first brick-and-mortar space later this year. From Iraqi-German founder Chris Hassaan Francke, The Green Zone combines modern craft cocktails and mixology with the flavors of the Middle East. The location will serve the pop-up’s signature drinks, including the Saz’iraq, Lebanese No. 1, and Janissary Corps, in addition to an expanded cocktail menu, Lebanese wine, Moroccan beer, and whiskey. The kitchen will offer dishes like manakeesh (Lebanese flat bread), hummus, and falafel.
