Chef Ryan Fichter is opening his first restaurant, Tiki Taco, which will bring island flavors to D.C. The menu features items such as, kailua pork tacos, salmon poke, and loco moco, a hamburger patty, over easy egg, sticky rice, and brown gravy. There will also be new specials available each week. Current specials include dishes, such as a soft shell crab taco or a roasted cauliflower taco with curried carrot salad.
