Jordan and Jonathan Stahl, with backgrounds in marketing, operations, and hospitality, open their first restaurant in Bloomingdale focusing on a wine bar concept with a full-service kitchen by Chef Kerry Tate (The Heights). This restaurant serves various wood-fired foods including, but not limited to, roasted chicken and vegetables, flatbreads, and lamb shoulder. There will also be an affordable wine list carrying many new and regular wines. This space will hold 45 indoor seats and 45 patio seats, serving dinner Monday through Friday from 5:00 p.m. to close, and on weekends open at 11:00 a.m. for brunch and stay open through dinner.
