Yard House, the modern American gathering place offering 100+ beers on tap and more than 100 menu items made from scratch daily, has opened its newest restaurant in Washington, D.C. Located in the lively Chinatown and Penn Quarter neighborhood, blocks away from Capital One Arena, the restaurant will be the first Yard House location in D.C. and the 72nd location nationwide. Yard House Washington, D.C. serves 110 beers on tap – featuring 28 craft beers from D.C.-area breweries, including DC Brau, Hellbender, and Right Proper. In addition to the full selection of beer, there are the five-limited release beers featured on the rotating “Chalkboard Series.” The D.C. location includes 20+ draft beers on its menu that will make their debut for the first time at a Yard House restaurant, including: 3 Stars Peppercorn Saison, DC Brau Pils, Hardywood Cream Ale, Hellbender Bare Bones, and Port City Integral. The restaurant's menu includes everything from salads to street tacos to grilled burgers to seafood. Gluten-sensitive, vegan and vegetarian options are also available. The restaurant spans more than 12,000 sq. ft. with indoor and seasonal outdoor patio seating for up to 381 guests. Yard House is open daily for lunch, dinner, happy hour, and late-night dining.
