Anju, a Korean pub, has officially opened. Translating to English as “food consumed with alcohol”, this new concept is putting a spin on traditional Korean cuisine; offering up a variety of eclectic snacks and grilled meat options. The first floor, designated for walk-ins only, boasts an expanded bar as well as counter seats that overlook the exposed kitchen. The portions on the menu are small; meant to share amongst diners. Aside from the grilled meat and fish options, Anju also offers some Mandu classics like bibimbap and jjigae stew. The upstairs portion of the restaurant is for reservations and private events. www.anjurestaurant.com
