The brand new culinary concept, Cherry, has opened its doors inside the revered W hotel. Led by head chef William Morris, this new venture utilizes their custom-built cast iron hearth and wood-burning ovens to focus on all things smoked and fire-grilled. In the interest of firing up authentic and sincere dishes, Cherry is capitalizing on their distinctive fire to farm approach. Guests have the opportunity to enjoy American dishes that have each undergone the smoke or fire-grilled preparation process. In terms of accommodating larger parties, Cherry offers party feasts that require 48 hours’ notice to prepare; like the suckling pig and other specialty cuts of beef.
