Petworth has recently welcomed a new restaurant: Cinder. This meat-heavy concept features a menu that focuses on Texas-style brisket, Southeastern-style pulled pork, and a variety of other smoked meats. Dedicated to providing their customers with the highest quality of meat, Cinder smokes their beef for about 15 hours. Cinder also gives guests the option to enjoy smoked chicken wings and ribs. For those of us who aren’t too obsessed with meat, Cinder offers some vegetarian options like their roasted cauliflower entree. This BBQ spot also doubles as a whiskey bar, offering a global selection of 100 different whiskey options.
