Wolfgang Puck, renowned chef and restauranteur, has brought his expertise to the luxurious Rosewood Hotel. CUT, which initially debuted in Beverly Hills, has officially opened up in Georgetown. Executive Chef Andrew Skala, who has worked alongside Wolfgang for a ripe 13 years, is dedicated to using fresh ingredients that have been locally sourced from the surrounding area. The menu features an extensive list of appetizers and entrees; ranging from the Big Eye Tuna Tartare to the 20 ounce Ribeye Steak.
