Columbia Room: One of Columbia Room’s most popular cocktails, The Getaway, is now available sans alcohol. The Spirit Free Getaway is a modern twist on a classic featuring San Pellegrino Chinotto, maple shrub, lemon, aquafaba, and salt, with tasting notes closely resembling the original. Along with the Spirit Free Getaway, Columbia Room is expanding their No-Proof selections to include four new NA cocktails in addition to the Spirit Free Lion’s Tail and Apollo’s Crown, which will launch come January. All spirit-free cocktails are available a la carte in the intimate Spirits Library and enclosed Punch Garden.

O-Ku Sushi DC: They offer several spirit-free cocktail options. The Doctor’s Orders blends house-made tea blend of equal parts chamomile, ginger, and cinnamon before stepping in hot water before mixing in lemon juice and spiced winter demerara syrup (cardamom, clove, and cinnamon) to make a relaxing non-alcoholic beverage, with an added boost of antioxidants from the black tea.

Succotash Penn Quarter: They have created seasonal non-alcoholic drinks with the flavor complexity of a cocktail. As a result, The Black Forest features Seedlip Grove, black currant, demerara, lemon, and elderflower tonic, creating a sweet yet earthy cocktail. The Black Forest is accompanied by two other NA options on the Penn Quarter menu, the Virgin Belle’s Punch and Tea Time, giving guests options to choose depending on what they’re in the mood for.
