This astounding menu will take you on a trip to the central Italian region of Umbria to celebrate the flavors that are present on the Umbrian winter table. The menu features Chef Simone’s special deconstructed lasagne with mushrooms and Umbrian truffle followed by his rich beef stew. You will be joined at every course for a description of each dish–feel free to ask questions.
