Each event will be an interactive dinner hosted by Chef Fabio at his flagship Michelin starred restaurant, Fiola, for a unique celebration of food and wine. March 6th we will be celebrating the bounty of foraged mushrooms from Italy, Virginia, and the West Coast. Toast to the history of Italian cooking with a 5-course dinner featuring this prized ingredient, with wine pairings from Head Sommelier, Jennifer Foucher. $275 per ticket.
