Celebrate the wonders of Peruvian cuisine at China Chilcano’s upcoming festival, Passport to Peru. Each evening during the festival, you can make selections from a special dinner menu featuring dishes from Peru’s distinct and flavorful regions: Coast, Andes, Selva, and Lima. Chef Carlos Delgado will feature dishes such as Patarashca, Asado Cusqueno, Papa a la Huancaina, and Ceviche Amazonico on the Passport to Peru menu.
