For Valentine’s Day, Lupo Verde will be offering guests a four-course Italian feast Executive Chef Juan Ignacio Olivera’s menu showcases modern Italian fare perfect for a romantic night on the town. To begin, couples will enjoy ostriche locale, half dozen Chincoteague oysters with Ferrari rose jelly heart and salmon roe, cannelloni alla rossini, chicken, ricotta and spinach cannelloni with pick bechamel and black truffle, and filetto di manzo all’Aceto balsamico, tenderloin steak with balsamic reduction and celeriac purées.
