Lupo Verde Osteria will be offering an authentic Italian twist this Valentine’s Day. Executive Chef Matt Franklin, has whipped up items such as tuna tartare with apple, Calabrian chili and basil, followed by beet risotto with goat cheese crema and crispy kale, hanger steak with pomme purée and truffle dressing. For dessert, one can enjoy a sinful Caprese with mascarpone crème and vanilla gelato.
