James Beard Award-winning, Michelin Star-holding chef Patrick O’Connell of the Inn at Little Washington was in to chat with us about the 40th-anniversary celebration at the Inn and a special one-of-a-kind event at the Museum Of American History. Church Hall is a new addition to D.C.’s great lineup of watering holes and the guy behind it is Geoff Dawson. He was in with tastes and talk of the new place. The 37th annual Virginia Wine Festival is coming up, and two of the participants were in, pouring their best: Neal Glaser of Horton Vineyards and Victor Guimarais of Morais Vineyards.
