Fairmont Lobby & Loggia
Enjoy watching the action on large screen televisions, while sipping on specialty cocktails and dining on executive chef Jordi Gallardo’s Bento Box. Chef Gallardo’s Bento Boxes are $29 each and include a salmon sushi roll, mango salad, chicken lemongrass dumplings, white rice and spring rolls. Drink specials include Suntory old fashioned, Lychee bubbles, a Sapporo cocktail, and Japanese beers.Reservations are not necessary for Fairmont’s Olympic Headquarter.  In addition to chef Gallardo’s TOKYO  2020 menu, cocktails, wine and the Loggia’s daily menu will also be available. An alternative to crowded sports bars, Gatsby will tune its ten bottom floor screens to Olympic coverage. The menu focuses on reimagined American diner food and cocktails, perfect for cheering on the home team.
