Chef and owner Logan Griffith, formerly the chef at the Watergate Hotel, has named his debut restaurant after his new baby; Constantino. The new restaurant is dedicated to crafting authentic, homemade neapolitan pies. Griffith has crafted a menu that is elcectic in nature- offering pies like the Octopie which features octopus sous vide, pesto, tomato, mozzarella, olives and parsley.
