Guests can expect an incomparable omakase experience, boasting fish that comes straight from the Toyosu Market in Tokyo, Japan. Zeppelin features 30 different seasonal fish and shellfish in a posh yet comfortable setting. This new omakase concept hasn’t forgotten the importance of libations. Mixologists and brothers Micah and Ari Wilder, will be bringing their combined 40 years of drink experience to Zeppelin. Guests can expect an extensive cocktail, sake, and wine list to pair flawlessly with their meal. This 3,00 square-foot restaurant features a yaktikori and cocktail bar downstairs, casting the omakase bar as a safe haven.
