From 6:30 to 9:30 p.m., the terrace will be transformed into a destination for wine enthusiasts as it hosts Matthieu Finot of Domaine Finot—a Rhône-born winemaker now crafting exceptional, low-intervention wines in Virginia. You will have the opportunity to enjoy by-the-glass selections from both of Finot’s vineyards, including Rhône-style whites, Pet Nat, and Vin Jaune. Finot will be present throughout the evening to share personal insights and stories behind his wines. Matheson Oysters, served both raw and cooked, along with a variety of small bites, will be available for pairing. A DJ will curate the evening’s soundtrack, creating a vibrant atmosphere.
