A special one-night, fireside brewery dinner featuring a five-course wood-fired tasting menu from Dan Gleason, the chef behind Sumac’s hyper-local, farm-driven kitchen. Since opening in 2020, Sumac has earned national recognition, including mentions from The New York Times and Washingtonian, as well as praise from The Washington Post. The private dinner is exclusively for inn guests, with up to 14 seats available. The $180 per-person experience includes the full tasting menu, while beverage pairings and à la carte drinks are available for purchase.
