Sunday Supper Club at Locavore

Locavore in downtown Fredericksburg will celebrate National Forage Week, with a unique culinary experience hosted by Chef Daniel Perron and foraging expert Gabrielle Cerberville, also known as the Chaotic Forager. The day begins with a guided morning foraging workshop led by Cerberville, joined by Chef Perron, followed by Locavore’s Sunday Supper Club featuring a three-course prix-fixe menu inspired by the ingredients gathered during the excursion. Guests can expect seasonal finds such as wild greens, edible florals, mushrooms, and berries, all thoughtfully incorporated into Chef Perron’s hyper-local New American cuisine.
