Bully Spanish Steakhouse is now open inside the St. Gregory Hotel, bringing a new neighborhood-driven Spanish steakhouse rooted in fire-forward cooking, generous hospitality, and a distinctly DC point of view. The concept was developed under the culinary direction of Pepe Moncayo, while Executive Chef Nick Sharpe leads the kitchen. Bully reinterprets the familiar steakhouse format through a Spanish lens. Live-fire grilling anchors the menu, with beef, pork, and seafood cooked simply and confidently, complemented by classic Spanish dishes. Desserts like Basque cheesecake, flan, and churros round out an experience.
