TACOCAT, Chef Tim Ma’s latest venture, has officially opened in Foggy Bottom’s Western Market. The new taco stall serves up a fun lineup of globally inspired bites, embracing a no-rules approach to Mexican staples. The menu features a variety of options like tacos, burritos, tortas, and more. Some highlights include the tuna taco, the wet burrito, the fry fish taco, and more. Early bird options as well as a $4 tequila shot to really kick off the morning will also be available. A daytime menu as well as larger bites are also available at TACOCAT. TACOCAT will also be debuting a full beverage menu featuring both a classic margarita and a spicy version, as well as a sangria-inspired beverage.
