20 Years of Mandu: AAPI Month Collaboration Dinner

Mandu’s 20th anniversary dining series continues on May 7 with a special AAPI Month collaboration featuring Chef Erik Bruner Yang of Maketto and Chef Steve Chu of Ekiben. The evening highlights a tasting menu inspired by Mandu and the guest chefs’ culinary perspectives. Seatings are offered every half hour from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM as part of the monthly celebration series.
