Amparo Fondita is introducing Humo y Maíz, a new biweekly Monday night series celebrating agave spirits, Mexican street-style cuisine, and community through food and cocktails. Created by Chef Christian Irabién and beverage director Lou Bernard, the experience features rotating mezcal producers, agave-based cocktails, tasting flights, and exclusive food specials in a lively, hospitality-driven atmosphere. Kicking off Monday, June 15, and held every other Monday from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Humo y Maíz offers guests an immersive way to explore the flavors, traditions, and stories behind Mexico's agave culture.
