The Hill Center will host a Master Chef Class with Chef Katarina Petonito of The Duck & The Peach on Sunday, September 21, at 11:00 a.m. Recently recognized by The New York Times as one of the “25 Best Restaurants in Washington, DC Right Now” and praised by The Washington Post as one of Capitol Hill’s best dining spots, The Duck & The Peach brings fresh Italian flavors to this interactive class.

Chef Petonito’s menu includes hand-rolled orecchiette pasta, spicy Italian sausage ragu with broccoli rabe, and zeppole. Guests will learn expert techniques while preparing these dishes.
