Mezcal with Friends is coming back to Pascual on March 22nd with a collaborative tasting menu featuring thoughtfully paired cocktails, expressive agaves, and dishes from Chef Isabel Coss.

Pascual is honored to host David Suro and his son and beverage director Dan Suro, 2026 James Beard Award semifinalists for Outstanding Professional in Beverage Service for their work with Tequilas Restaurant & La Jefa.

David has spent decades championing authentic Mexican cuisine and agave culture, from founding Siembra Spirits to co-authoring the James Beard Award-winning book Agave Spirits. Dan continues that legacy, building beverage programs rooted in transparency, tradition, and innovation.
