DC's newest waterfront neighborhood, The Stacks, invites you to kick off your fitness goals at "Sweat The Stacks with FLEX," a dynamic new monthly fitness series from 9 - 10 a.m. that brings high-energy workouts to the heart of Buzzard Point. 

Get ready to crush workouts in a boot camp-style session ro feel energized and empowered. From beginners to seasoned athletes, The Stacks welcomes all fitness levels to experience a dynamic workout against the stunning backdrop of the Southwest Waterfront. Sweat The Stacks dates: June 14th, July 12th, August 9th, September 20th, October 11th, and November 8th. 

The full-body fitness sessions are led by instructors from FLEX Gym, now open at The Stacks. As Buzzard Point’s first community gym, FLEX Gym offers cutting-edge amenities including a cold plunge, sauna, and outdoor workout space. Residents of The Stacks’ apartment buildings—The Byron, Everly, and Colette—receive complimentary basic memberships.
