Cooking Class: Pasta & Dessert

Step into Via Umbria's kitchen where you and a small group of amateur chefs will enjoy an intimate cooking class where you will learn how to make pasta by hand and prepare the perfect sauce to pair your pasta with. There will be plenty of opportunities for you to roll up your sleeves and try it yourself, and, as a bonus, you will also have the opportunity to create one of our signature desserts. This week’s menu features Maccheroni alla Chitarra with mussels and a stewed tomato and saffron sauce, followed by torta al Capri. You'll have the chance afterwards to enjoy your handiwork.
