Just in time for when NYE revelers start rolling out of bed, Estadio will open its doors early serving hangover-curing afternoon fare and low ABV drink specials. Chef Bautista will serve his regular dinner menu, while vermouth — the low-alcohol Spanish aperitif which serves as ideal ‘hair of the dog’– and Cava cocktails will flow. Owner Max Kuller has also brought in the elusive “Coffee Bender” from Minneapolis’ Surly Brewing Co., a buzzy cold brew-esque brown ale brewed with Guatemalan coffee beans, rarely found outside of Minnesota, let alone ever in Washington, D.C.
