For the first time ever, the celebration was held in Canada, proving that this continent is absolutely shaking things up when it comes to cocktail culture.

Topping the list for the second year in a row? Handshake Speakeasy in Mexico City, a sleek, hidden gem inside the NH Hotel where luxury cocktails are precise and playful. With drinks that can take up to two days to craft

Service Bar – coming in strong at #23 
Allegory – making a triumphant return at #45
Silver Lyan – making its list debut at #48
