2fifty x Maydān Collaboration

2fifty BBQ and Maydān present a one-night-only collaboration featuring a special Tawle menu. The family-style feast will bring together 2fifty’s Latin American–inspired barbecue with Maydān’s globally recognized open-hearth cooking. Guests will enjoy dishes such as Chorizo Poblano Hummus, Pulled Lamb, Beef Brisket, Tomahawk Steak, Branzino, and Cauliflower. The evening’s menu has been curated by Pitmaster Fernando González and highlights the fire-driven traditions of both kitchens.
